Made slowly, by hand, in Lahore

Spirals started in a home kitchen with one tray, one recipe and far too many taste-testers. Every roll is still proofed slowly, rolled by hand and baked the morning it leaves us.

We keep batches small on purpose: a limited number of rolls each baking day, so every box gets the same care as the first one we ever made.
